Common questions

I can’t sign in

Use the same method you signed up with: Sign in with Apple, Google, or email. If you use email and forgot your password, tap Forgot password? on the email sign-in screen. If that doesn’t work, email us from the address on your account.

How do I delete my account?

In the app: Profile → gear icon → Settings → Account → Delete account. See how account deletion works.

A food or its nutrition looks wrong

Food data comes from the fatsecret Platform API and Open Food Facts, and meals you describe or photograph are AI estimates, marked as such. You can edit any logged entry in Food history. If a food is missing or clearly wrong, email us and we’ll look into it.
